Drift into deep relaxation as you honor the fertile pause of transition in this guided Yoga Nidra practice.

Yoga Nidra, or β€œyogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that takes you into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where deep healing and relaxation occur.

You are encouraged to dress in comfy clothing and invited to bring a favorite blanket and pillow. We will also provide props to create a cozy yoga nidra nest for you.

Eat a light meal prior to practice and consider bringing a journal to jot down revelatory information that surfaces.

Tea will be served after practice to give you additional time to quietly reflect after your journey.
