Wild Mushrooms Walk

Join wild mushroom expert, Ariel Bonkoski for a wild mushroom walk. Our day will begin with a brief introduction to wild mushrooms and talk about what we are looking for or may find during our walk. We will then hit the trail, in search of some fungi finds! Ariel will demonstrate harvesting techniques and identify mushrooms that are found. We may collect edible mushrooms for you to go home with as well! At the end of class, we will cover wild mushroom storage, preservation and cooking tips.
