Slow Flow Yoga Class

Join me for Slow Flow Yoga every Monday at 6pm! This class moves the body with the breath (Vinyasa style) and some poses are held for a few breaths (Hatha style). We warm up by moving the spine in all 6 directions on the mat, then we warm up the lungs with Sun Salutations or another movement with breath sequence. Standing and balance poses are next, then we cool down back on the mat. You will build cardiovascular strength along with muscle strength. You'll improve balance and coordination, while increasing flexibility and mobility. Yoga is the perfect workout to release tension from the body and mind while improving full body health and wellness. See you soon!
