Men’s Circle | Facilitated by Jon Morton

The next men’s circle will be hosted in the studio at Rainbow Alternatives Sunday July 20th at 2pm.

This will be facilitated by my husband, Jon, a USMC veteran with a Bachelors in Psychology, currently attending university to achieve a Masters in Divinity.

What to expect:

Guided meditation
Workshop on a theme
Sharing circle
Incorporated practices

By donation for using the space.
No pre-registration or experience in meditation necessary- just show up.
