Bronze Ballroom at NCCC: West Coast Swing

Advanced Beginner Ballroom is for students who can demonstrate a working knowledge of four of the seven Ballroom Basics dances (waltz, foxtrot, rumba, East Coast swing, cha cha, salsa, and bachata). Building on this knowledge base, you will be working toward full bronze level in these dances as well as adding other dances like American tango, mambo, and hustle. Handouts and weekly emails will support your practice between classes where we will also be improving your leading, following, technique, body awareness, and non-verbal communication. No partner is needed.
