If you liked our soundwalks at BioSonic! you’ll love this truly immersive experience! Bring a floatie, paddleboard, or the like to learn about and take part in a deep-listening exercise with Helena Krobath, on the water!
Please note - no unaccompanied minors, no lifeguard, you are responsible for ensuring your own safety in the water.

This event is presented on the unceded stolen traditional territories of Penelakut, Lamalcha, Hwitslum and other Hul’qumi’num and SENĆOŦEN speaking peoples as well as the ceded territories of Tsawwassen First Nation, on what is now known as Galiano Island.
ACCESSIBILITY: This site is outdoors. There is a parking lot with a boat ramp to to get to the beach. The beach terrain is uneven. The float will take place in the water. NO LIFEGUARD will be present. Attendees MUST be able to swim and are responsible for their own water safety.
