BLM Pocatello Field Office Public Lands Day 2025

The public will assist the BLM with the continued improvement of riparian habitat along the 2.5 Mile Creek, northeast of Pocatello, ID. In 2024, the BLM initiated riparian restoration along the 2.5 Mile Creek by installing several rock structures within the stream channel. The 2025 Public Lands Day Event will continue this work by repairing existing structures and building new structures.

Participants should plan on meeting at the BLM Pocatello Field Office, 4350 Cliffs Drive, Pocatello, ID 83204 at 9:00 to complete paperwork before travelling to the field site. We will car pool to the work location area and back by around 2:00 pm.
