This will be my first class and I am looking for a bunch of fun loving ladies to join me in a new way of exercising.
I am running two sessions 7-8pm & 8-9pm on Wednesday 16th July.
Class is free of charge for the first week.
Low impact, all standing, no equipment cardio.
