Explore the 3rd Eye Chakra

The 3rd chakra is our energy center of "clear vision" and is very important to our well-being.
In this class we will learn:
where this energy center is located
how to recognize an open or closed 3rd eye Chakra
exercises to help balances this chakra.
The second half of the night Nancy and I will be leading everyone on an emersive exercise of paint expression combined with meditation, where we will paint a picture that represents our 3rd eye chakra.
