We are so excited to partner with Operation C.A.R.E. to bring essential back-to-school resources to our community! Join us for a FREE outreach event designed to help students start the school year strong.
At this event, the Tillman County Health Department will be on-site offering many FREE and essential services, including:
Basic Health & Sports Exams
Eye/Ear Exams
And other valuable health screenings to help your child be ready for school!
In addition to our services, families can access a wide range of support provided by our partners:
Free Haircuts
Shoe Vouchers
Youth Socks
School Supplies & more! (Please note: supplies are limited, an adult must accompany the child, children must be present, and an education course is mandatory for some services.)
Representatives from Fire, Sheriff, and Police Departments will also be there, and the Oklahoma State Department of Health will provide important education on the risks of vaping and youth tobacco use.
