Join us at the Cycle Yard in Pittston for a complimentary class perfect for cross training!
All you need to bring is a mat and your good energy! (LIMITED TO THE FIRST 20 REGISTRANTS)
Two of Cycle Yard's amazing coaches (who also participate in our event) will be leading you through this low impact/high energy workout!
You can expect a 25 minute ride with Erin (we know her as the Tutu Queen) who will lead you through jumps, sprints, and more! After the ride you'll join Erica (owner and visionary behind the Cycle Yard) for a restorative Pilates Stretch and Core Burn to cool things down.
