Are you curious about yoga? You probably already know how great it is for your body and mind...

For the body, it keeps you fit and flexible...

For the mind, it gives you the quiet "me" time that most of us don't get enough of these days...

But maybe you're a little nervous...even intimidated? If so, let's DEBUNK these FIVE myths regarding yoga at Crossroads:

MYTH 1: "I'm too old."
Nonsense! We have *many* members in their 70s and 80s.

MYTH 2: "I'm not athletic."
We are literally an "all ages, all stages" studio. You don't need to be "an athlete" to enjoy yoga.

MYTH 3: "I'm not flexible enough."
Well, that's sort of the whole point, isn't it? To get that flexibility and mobility BACK. We'll take great care of you.

MYTH 4: "I don't know if I'll fit in."
Our instructors and members are incredibly warm and welcoming. Our little community also gets together for book clubs and retreats. Everyone just gets along.

MYTH 5: "I don't have the right clothes or equipment."
Wear whatever is comfortable. We have yoga mats you can borrow at no charge. Just bring something to drink.
