Seasonal Floral Design Workshop with Kate Martin of Beautiful Days

Join us in crafting a joyful and spirited summer bouquet with seasonal flowers. Kate Martin of Beautiful Days Events will guide you in the consideration of what to use from the gardens, preparing the flowers, the process of floral arranging, and use of mechanics for successful creations, whether they are minimalist or overflowing with abundance. Kate has been creating thoughtful floral creations for distinct celebrations since 2005 as the owner, creative director, and lead floral designer of Beautiful Days. The workshop will include seasonal blooms harvested from flower beds at Nooney Farm. Refreshments including wine, non-alcoholic beverages and small bites will be provided. Participants will be provided all of the flowers and a vessel to take home. Workshop takes place rain or shine. Space is limited to 12 participants, registration is required.
Cost: $60 suggested donation per person
Includes: All flowers, a vase, refreshments. Participants are encouraged to bring a cherished vase of their own if they prefer. BYO garden snips, we'll have some to borrow, too.
