We’ve heard from many of you — especially women — about the desire to incorporate more strength training into your routine. So we created something just for that.
Strength Lab is a fresh take on our popular Sculpt & Flow class, focused on weight training and mobility with no cardio. It’s your chance to lift heavier, and build strength in low-impact way.
This series kicks off Friday, July 25 at 11 AM and will run every Friday through August.
