Summer Art & Craft Classes with Mona (Ages 7–16, Age-Based Groups)

Three age-based groups! Join us for hands-on art and craft sessions designed for kids and teens. Explore painting, sculpture, sewing, and more — all materials included.


Ages 7–9

July 7 – Crafty 3D Illustration
Build colorful 10" characters using recycled materials like foam, buttons, and cardboard.
Fee: $20

July 14 – Wet Felting: Mini Landscape
Transform wool into colorful, textured 8x8” artwork using only water, soap, and hands.
Fee: $30

July 21 – Clay Dry Sculpture
Sculpt expressive figures or objects using air-dry clay and basic modeling techniques.
Fee: $25

August 12 – Sewing a Fluffy Frog
Stitch a soft, fuzzy frog using simple sewing techniques—great for fine motor skills and creativity.
Fee: $25

August 18 – Fluid Art (Acrylic)
Create four 4x4" abstract pieces using different pouring techniques.
Fee: $33



Ages 10–12

Monday & Tuesday Sessions · 10:00 – 12:00 p.m.

August 11 & 19 – Air-Dry Clay Mini Bowls
Create and finish a set of three mini bowls using embossing, coiling, and mosaic techniques.
Fee: $30 Materials included

August 25 – Fluid Art (Acrylic)
Pour, tilt, and blend acrylics to create four abstract 5x5" paintings.
Fee: $30 Materials included

July 28 & August 5 – Animal Sculpture with Plaster Cloth
Build and decorate an animal sculpture using plaster cloth and paint.

July 29 & August 4 – Lamp Project with Plaster Cloth
Sculpt and paint a functional decorative lamp using plaster cloth.
