Tenant Rights and Resources Workshop

The City of Half Moon Bay is hosting a Tenant Workshop on Wednesday, July 23, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at Seacrest School (901 S. Arnold Way, Half Moon Bay) to help local renters better understand their rights and available housing resources.
The event will feature presentations from Legal Aid of San Mateo County, Project Sentinel, and HIP Housing. Key discussion topics include rent stabilization, eviction protections, tenant responsibilities, and affordable housing programs. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and connect directly with housing professionals and community partners.
The City will provide on-site child watch and light snacks. Interpretation services will be available in Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
