Learn to create perfect sushi rice and turn it into a spicy tuna roll filled with fresh tuna, cooling cucumber and spicy sauce. You'll also prepare a vegetable hand roll using carrots, cucumbers, avocado and shiitake mushrooms for a delicious plant-based option.
