Teens Krav Maga Self Defence Class (high school ages) in Wishaw
π₯Join in on Wednesday at 7:00pm, Wishaw Sports Centre, SQUASH COURT ONE, for our Teens (high school ages) Krav Maga class !!
I'll be teaching a mixture of self defence drills and padwork sets which your youngsters will enjoy and get a lot from, including -
β Self Defence Techniques & Principles
β Padwork Sets
β Striking Drills
β Partner Work
β Speed Striking Combinations
β Fight Stamina Training
β Building confidence, self assurance, assertiveness, respect for peers and elders, team work and a bully-proof mindset
β€ New Members Welcome, come and make new friends too β€
