Strength and Conditioning class will enhance your overall fitness using body weight and resistance bands.

Designed for all fitness levels, this class focuses on building strength and endurance to improve your pole and aerial skills or serve as a standalone training session.

During each session, you’ll perform a variety of exercises targeting all major muscle groups, helping to develop functional strength and stability.

Experience the benefits of well-rounded training that not only supports your aerial aspirations but also contributes to overall health and well-being. Come ready to challenge yourself, sweat, and have fun in a supportive environment!
