Ladies social ride, Glyncorrwg mash up

Taking the Willow Springs fire road climb up to the top then dropping into Helter Skelter, from there we will follow peregrines ridge where you can either stay on the main line or drop into the rock, the final descent will be jetlag or for those that want to can drop down Happy Life.
This is an an entry level Red ride or for those with more technical experience can drop into the alternative lines that run alongside, the planned route.
A fair level of fitness is required for this ride and it will take approx. 2.5 hours
