Saturday 26th July, Seaton Village Hall (Seaton, Cumbria) at 7pm
The Hall will host former SAS soldier Mick Hawkes.
Mick served with 29 Commando and was part of the successful campaign to regain the Falklands Islands after Argentina invaded in 1982. Mick decided to do selection for the SAS and successfully completed the gruelling selection process. Mick was in the legendary B Squadron and was part of the Gulf War, Bosnia etc. He did a stint with 14 Int in Northern Ireland, often called "The Det". The Det was a covert British Army unit that carried out surveillance operations during the Troubles. Later he spent 2 years working alongside MI5. Itβs clear, there is a lot to cover!
This will be Micks first time hosting a talk in Cumbria.
Mick will be signing merchandise and they'll be photo opportunities.
Tickets are Β£15 each
Doors will be open at 6pm
If you'd like a ticket please contact me or Danny Horsley 07976577231
