Lake Kyle Park Fitness Court Ribbon Cutting

The City of Kyle Parks and Recreation Department invites the community to join them for the Fitness Court Ribbon Cutting at Lake Kyle Park, 700 Lehman Road, on Tuesday, July 22 at 6:30 p.m.
The fitness court, done in partnership with the National Fitness Campaign, will provide the region with equitable access to free world-class wellness infrastructure that allows users to leverage their own body weight to get a complete workout. The fitness court, located near the entrance of Lake Kyle Park, features a seven-station circuit training system, offering users a full-body workout in an outdoor setting and a unique, artistic design with ties to Kyle.
Join us for brief remarks, a skills challenge between the Kyle Fire Department/Hays County ESD No. 5 and Kyle Police Department, live demonstrations, network with the health and fitness community, and try out the equipment,
Created for adults of all abilities aged 14+, the Fitness Court© workouts are adaptable for all fitness levels, allowing participants to move at their own pace. Users also may download the free Fitness Court© App which acts as a coach-in-your-pocket and enhances the outdoor gym into a digitally supported wellness experience. The National Fitness Court is free to the public and is made possible through grant and local funding.
