Leading your movement journey for the past seven years has been an honor, filled with amazing moments and hard work. We take immense pride in the strong community you've helped us build and the countless friendships formed along the way. Our FREE class schedule, featuring a variety of our formats will be open for registration by 7/15 and it always fills up fast! These are 30-minute classes so we can showcase as many formats as possible. Sign up and bring your friends, family, and anyone else who has been eager to move with us! Feel free to take as many group classes as you'd like, as long as there are available spots. Equipment classes will be 1 class per person, unless we have extra spots open.
We're also excited to announce giveaways from our amazing partners: Texicanas, Ixia Wellness, The Stretch Lab, Kaza Fused Jewelry, Happy Haus Clothing, and of course, inBalance goodies from us!
