Nurturing sound bath by Melissa

Take care of yourself by joining me for a relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath in the beautiful labyrinth room at the CSLGLV. Bring a yoga matt/blanket, or whatever you need to feel comfy. You can lay on the labyrinth floor. Chairs will also be provided. This is a FREE event! Donations are gladly accepted! Show up early, doors will not open after 11:30, out of respect for the other participants. Kids that can relax for an hour are welcome. Thank you!
