No experience needed.
π¨For current Defence, Veterans, current and former First Responders and their immediate family members/supporter
This is an introduction to Fire Manipulation Workshop Series, over 4 weeks from 5-6.30pm on August 21, 28 and September 4 & 11 with the super talented folk from Head Over Heels.
Learn the basics of fire staff, spinning poi and fire fans manipulation along with essential fire and fuel safety ready to light up with confidence at the final session.
Families and partners welcome to come along and learn too or to watch loved ones in action.
Fire manipulation experience not needed but you must be 18+ (or 14+ with accompanying adult)

Be prepared:
Bring a drink bottle, tie long hair up, take off watches and loose jewellery
Wear close-fitting and comfortable clothes
Be punctual:
Arrive 5 mins early for class and if you canβt attend a class, text Michele in advance on 0467 991882.
Be safe:
You agree to only use equipment with a trainer present, as directed by the trainer.

90 minute workshops with Michele and Renee for the first workshop only and Michele and Isaac for the remainder.
Sessions to take place outdoors with the option of an indoor space if the weather dictates.
Lighting up outdoors on the final day after the workshop as an informal family show of skills.
