"Welcome to our beautiful one-hour guided mindfulness walk starting from Shoalstones seawater pool taking us into the heart of Berry Heads woods. We will be exploring the natural beauty of this space while cultivating mindfulness and connection with the earth. We will include some barefoot grounding, also known as earthing, which promotes health benefits, such as:
- Reducing inflammation
- Improving sleep
- Reducing stress
- Increasing feelings of calm and relaxation
You will be able to notice the sights and sounds around you. Inhale the scent of the forest, see the sunlight filtering through the trees, hear the birds singing, the rustle of leaves, and feel the gentle breeze. Allowing yourself to be present in this natural environment will leave you feeling calm, peaceful and equip you with tools that you can use in your everyday life.
