This in-person TRE® course is that path.
TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a simple, body-based practice that gently supports your body to release held stress and tension. You’ll learn to activate your body’s natural shaking reflex — a powerful built-in mechanism that helps you regulate your nervous system and shift out of survival mode.

In this course, you’ll experience:

✨ More capacity to handle life’s daily stressors
✨ Reduced anxiety and reactivity
✨ More softness, presence and peace

No talking therapy. No pressure to explain or relive your past.
Just a gentle, safe space to reconnect with your body and return to calm.

Course Includes:
- 4 x small group sessions (fortnightly, in-person)
- Guided TRE® sessions and nervous system education
- A calm, compassionate space to be supported
- Small groups to ensure safety and care
