Who:
Anyone with an able body, opened mind, and beating heart!
Generally for adults aged 20 years or older.
Case by case exceptions can be made for dependents under 20 years old who are accompanied by their legal guardian.

*Actual duration of exercise, conversation, and meditation may vary, depending on the group/individual needs (total session will be one hour).

How:
1. We will engage in intense exercise (i.e. warmups, strength training with body weight & natural weights, partner exercises, cardiovascular exercises, jogging, sprinting, cool down, stretching, etc.) to promote physical health and wellness.
2. We will engage in meaningful conversation to increase mental stimulation, shared wisdom, and collective growth.
3. We will engage in guided meditation (may include breath work, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, energy healing, etc.) for greater consciousness, self-connection, and spiritual healing/awakening.
Please:
✔️ Wear comfortable clothing that you can exercise in (on the beach). In the summer, I usually just wear board shorts.
✔️ Bring water to drink before/during/after.
✔️ Bring a towel to sit on/lay down on/dry off on (if desired).
✔️ Use a backpack or beach bag to contain all of your belongings.
✔️ Please bring the appropriate amount of cash per person (please see the different rates below, to include discounts for couples, locals, and veterans):
Standard Rates (for those who get paid in US dollars):
- $30 per person
- Private sessions are $60 per person
Couples Rates (for those who get paid in US dollars):
- $25 per person ($50 per couple)
- Private sessions are $75 per couple
Local Rates (for those who get paid in Japanese yen):
- ¥3,000 per person
- Private sessions are ¥6,000 per person
Local Couples Rates (for those who get paid in Japanese yen):
- ¥2,500 per person (¥5,000 per couple)
- Private sessions are ¥7,500 per couple
Veteran Rates (military veterans/active duty personnel from any branch of service/any country who get paid in US dollars or receive any pension or compensation from the government/country of service):
- $20 per person
- Private sessions are $50 per person
Local Veteran Rates (military veterans from any branch of service/any country who get paid in yen and do not receive any pension or compensation from the government/country of service):
- ¥2,000 per person
- Private sessions are ¥5,000 per person
Optional items to consider bringing/wearing:
✔️ Sunglasses
✔️ Swimwear
✔️ Nontoxic bug repellent
✔️ Warmer layers/clothing to use after cooling down during the conversation/meditation
✔️ A journal/pen/pencil to take notes with during/after the session
✔️ A meal to have on the beach after the session (while enjoying the sunset)
✔️ An extra towel to cover your car seat with afterwards (you may be sweaty, sandy, wet, etc.)
✔️ A change of clothing for after the session
Please note:
✔️ There are no public restrooms, changing facilities, covered areas, water fountains, vending machines, benches, tables, or garbage cans on this beach.
✔️ You will get sweaty, sandy, dirty, and wet during the exercise portion of the session. I will typically just wear board shorts to exercise in (in the summer), and will jump in the ocean after the exercise portion of the session to wash off all of the sand, sweat, etc. It feels great, and is a good refresh/reset before the conversation/meditation portions of the session.
✔️ It is not safe to leave children unattended on the beach. There is currently no daycare/babysitting provided onsite.
✔️ Please plan accordingly, and do not leave any any trash or belongings on the beach. 🙏
