You donβt need to be fit or flexible. We often practice with eyes closed, tuning inward, and you're always encouraged to rest when needed.
π§ββοΈ Guided by Amrit Jiwan (Anna) β her teaching style is warm, down-to-earth, and deeply nourishing. She invites you to go at your own pace, offering space to explore, breathe, and feel. Her goal is that you leave class uplifted, inspired, and truly happy.
