As the leaves begin to turn and the season invites us to slow down, this is your gentle nudge to pause, breathe, and reset. Join us for a soul-soothing day retreat designed to help you release what no longer serves you - and make space for what’s ahead.

Together, we’ll embrace the natural rhythm of autumn with:
🍂 Gentle movement (yoga or pilates) to relax your body and calm your mind
🍂 Therapeutic workshops to help you reflect and let go
🍂 A seasonal wellbeing session to restore balance and energy

You’ll be held throughout the day by your hosts: Maddie - therapist and author - and Jo - wellness and energy coach - from The Nourished Mind. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space for rest, reflection, and reconnection.
