Texas Style Applewood BBQ!

ORDERING AHEAD IS ENCOURAGED (and usually necessary!). But I'll be running both smokers, so in theory there should be plenty... I'm really hoping the forecast stays good!!

Pulled Pork: 8/sandwich &15/pound, Brisket: 10/sandwich &22/pound, Ribs: 30/rack & 15/half, Turkey: 16/pound (we'll make sure the turkey is done on time this weekend!) Coleslaw: 3/container(8oz), Smoked Beans: 3/container(8oz)
