Have you read The Book Thief by Marcus Zusak, or watched the film? It’s one of my all-time favourite books. What an amazing writer. I’m now reading his novel Bridge of Clay, also fabulous. His writing clearly reveals the difference between popular fiction and literary fiction – both have their appeal and value. Love to discuss with you at our Open Mic Night.
