Meet us under the shelter house by the lake at Liberty Park in Hillsboro at 11am-1pm for a free community activity making art out of trash! Any and all ages, all are welcome.
We have everything to provide for you including some snacks and drinks. All you need to do is bring yourself and your friends, dress for paint, glue and the weather!
There will be several artworks to choose from and make it your own! From easy to more difficult options.
Step by step tutorials and supply list for each to help you get through them will be available and you can make as many as you'd like. Remember we are trying to save trash so we are making art to keep or give away, not to throw away. You can take your time, brainstorm and get really creative!

We are also running our first donation drive during this time for recycled trash goods and used, unused and new art supplies to continue having many more arts and crafts events while saving our landfills of more of our waste. All we are asking is that the trash be cleaned and dry for drop off, labels taken off as well. We are hoping soon to have a designated donation drop off area and will announce that as soon as we have that organized.

There is only a couple of us running this so far so please be patient while we get things together for our community. We are looking for more volunteers if you would be interested in helping us with our free community activities, feel free to reach out!
