August Sound Journey in Anniston AL

Join us on the first Wednesday of each month for our "Monthly Intention Sound Journey," a sacred space designed to help you set clear intentions and connect deeply with your higher self. Each session is a unique experience, ranging from soothing and relaxing sound baths to activating drumming and powerful gong immersions. Some months will feature guided meditations to deepen your practice.

This is your time to realign, recharge, and ground yourself for the month ahead. This session has 2 ticket options : Zero Gravity Chair or Yoga Mat

One thing to note about these Monthly Intention Sound Journey sessions, is that some of these sessions may bring an intensity. If you have not been to a sound bath before, I recommend my monthly Zero Gravity session. Its a great door opener experince to see it this is a good fit for your goals.
