Join Us for the 2025 Great Southeast Pollinator Census!

Come to the Pebble Hill Plantation Kitchen Garden and be part of the 2025 Great Southeast Pollinator Census, a citizen science project created by the University of Georgia to support pollinator conservation.

This fun and educational event is open to all ages—no experience needed! We'll provide all the materials you need to participate and learn more about the pollinators in our area.

Let’s count for a cause and make a difference—one pollinator at a time!

• All participants must park at the Pebble Hill Plantation Learning Center and where they will receive directions to the Kitchen Garden.

• Participants can visit the Main Grounds by purchasing a grounds tour ticket at the Visitors’ Center.

Times of event:
10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

What to bring:
Water, sunscreen, sunhat
Dress comfortably.

On-site guidance to assist visitors of all ages how to participate in the citizen science pollinator census.
All census forms and resource materials will be provided.
Children's pollinator-themed activities and crafts will be offered in the Learning Center.
