Join Us for the 2025 Great Southeast Pollinator Census!

Come to the Pebble Hill Plantation Kitchen Garden and be part of the 2025 Great Southeast Pollinator Census, a citizen science project created by the University of Georgia to support pollinator conservation.

This fun and educational event is open to all ages—no experience needed! We'll provide all the materials you need to participate and learn more about the pollinators in our area.

Let’s count for a cause and make a difference—one pollinator at a time!

• All participants must park at the Pebble Hill Plantation Learning Center and where they will receive directions to the Kitchen Garden.

• Participants can visit the Main Grounds by purchasing a grounds tour ticket at the Visitors’ Center.

What to bring: water, sunscreen, sun hat. Dress comfortably.

All materials for the census will be provided and there will be expert on-site guidance. Children's pollinator-themed activities and arts & crafts will be held in the Learning Center.
