Saturday 8/2 the studio is closed for the Homecoming Rodeo Parade on Main Street. If you still want to get your yoga in, join Kasey at Eden East farm for a morning Vinyasa flow. Class is for all levels, with modifications and advancements offered to meet each student's needs.
