Practices & Offerings:
✨ Alternate Nostril Breathing to balance left/right brain hemispheres and soothe anxiety
✨ Breath-nap integration (parasympathetic rest with rhythmic breathing + weighted grounding)
✨ Visualizations that anchor the body to Earth’s seasonal rhythm and internal harmony
✨ Adrenal support cues to nourish energy stores and help you move from burnout to balance
✨ Gentle self-touch & long exhalations to calm the vagus nerve

Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort.
