Our Antenatal Class, held in conjunction with Breastfeeding Week, is your opportunity to feel nurtured, supported, and well-prepared as you begin the beautiful journey of parenthood.
What to expect:
👩⚕️ “Diet for Breastfeeding Mothers” by our Dietitian, Ms. Subahshini Chandran — Learn what to eat, what to avoid, and how to nourish both yourself and your baby for a smoother breastfeeding journey.
🍼 “Labour: What to Expect” by Nurse Manager, Ms. Yanti Mohamed Sanni — Get insider tips on recognizing labor signs, managing discomfort, and what actually happens when baby decides it’s time.
🗓️ Date: 16 August 2024 (Saturday)
🕙 Time: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM
📍 Location: Training Room, Basement Floor, Columbia Asia Hospital - Bukit Rimau
💰 RM30 per couple | RM15 per individual
