Tracie Cadiente's Retirement From CASA

After years of extraordinary leadership and advocacy, our beloved Executive Director, Tracie, will be retiring from Central Arkansas CASA of the 20th Judicial District. Her last official day with the Children’s Advocacy Alliance will be July 23, 2025 and we invite all who have been part of her journey to join us for a heartfelt retirement send-off.

Tracie has been a tireless champion for the mission of Central Arkansas CASA: to provide abused, neglected, and dependent children a voice in the court process so they can find a safe, permanent home as quickly as possible. Under her guidance, the program has flourished; training community volunteers to stand up for the best interests of the most vulnerable children in our region.

Her vision, advocacy, and compassion have shaped a generation of CASA volunteers, built strong bridges with DHS and judicial partners, and expanded our community’s capacity to protect and uplift children in crisis.

As many know, Tracie has been navigating health challenges since January. After much reflection with her family and medical team, she has made the decision to focus on healing and begin this next chapter. While stepping away from her formal role, she’s not saying goodbye—Tracie hopes to stay connected and continue supporting our work in new ways.

We hope you’ll stop by to celebrate Tracie’s tremendous impact, share your memories, and send her off with the gratitude and love she so richly deserves.

This is a casual drop-in event for CASA volunteers, DHS and court partners, CASA volunteers, staff, and friends—everyone who has witnessed Tracie’s heart in action.

Please RSVP by clicking “Going” and feel free to share a favorite story or message in the comments.

Let’s give Tracie the joyful farewell she has truly earned. 💐
