GUIDED NATURE WALKS w/ NATURALIST, JANE FRYE
Saturday, September 20, 10:00 am – McDADE PARK (Scranton).
Fall flowers will be our focus as we loop around the park’s perimeter. Easy to moderate 2-mile walk on pavement and natural surface smooth trails.
Directions: Go west on Mulberry Street to North Scranton Expressway. Go to Keyser Avenue Exit. At end of exit ramp, turn left onto Keyser Avenue and go 3 miles to traffic light on Bald Mountain Road. Turn right on Bald Mountain Road (old Ransom Road) and go to McDade Park entrance. Turn right at entrance into park and immediately take first right into parking lot near pavilion and playground. Indoor restrooms available in the pavilion near parking lot.
