Yoga at Ardent Performance

Join us for a one hour pop up yoga class at ardent performance on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 9 AM! This class is open to all levels and will combine both strengthening and stretching poses in a vinyasa/flow style sequence. Mats and blocks will be provided. Both members and non members of Ardent Performance are welcome 🙂
