Heels Workshops (Intro & Intermediate)

Join Trina Nguyen for heels workshops on Saturday, September 6th. Trina will be offering an introduction to heels workshop for dancers who have limited or no experience in this sultry and empowering dance style. Afterwards, she will offer an intermediate-level choreography based class for dancers who have previous heels knowledge and experience.

*Intro to Heels*
New to heels? This workshop is for you! We’ll cover foundations and then apply it in a fun, beginner-friendly combo to “Oops!… I Did It Again” by Britney Spears.

*Intermediate Heels Choreo*
For dancers with some heels or dance experience—this class is all about performance. We’ll dance to “Express” by Christina Aguilera, inspired by the movie Burlesque.
