4-Week Powerlifting Small Group with Coach Chris Glover

Ready to level up your strength? This small group powerlifting session is built for athletes who want to get serious about the squat, bench, and deadlift—with expert coaching and a focused crew to push you forward.

Here’s the deal:
• 4 weeks
• 3 sessions per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
• $300 total

Coach Chris Glover will guide you through progressive programming, dial in your form, and help you chase numbers you didn’t think were possible.

Already a CrossFit St. Charles member? We’ll pause your membership while you’re in the powerlifting group—so you can go all in.
Not a member? No problem. This group is open to anyone looking to get stronger. If you’ve got a friend who’s been power-curious, tell them this is their shot.
