Ballet Body Sculpture is a unique ballet based exercise program regardless of your age, ballet, dance or fitness experience.
Ballet Body Sculpture uses advanced techniques drawn from ballet, Pilates, stretching and flexibility to optimise the gains our clients can look forward to in the shortest space of time possible.
BalletBody is a workout created by professional ballet dancers Nadezhda Antipenko for all fitness levels. Body Ballet is a total body workout, with a focus on a medium impact strengthening, endurance and toning exercises with some stretches in an hour-long fitness class.

Ballet Body Sculpture structured exercise class is focused on some key fundamentals of an optimal body development :
* Core strengthening, Body Conditioning
* Posture Alignment
* Ballet
* Stretching & Flexibility Training
