2025 Restorative Yoga Nidra Workshop with Aileen

This is a guided practice that induces full-body relaxation & a deep meditative state of consciousness that is proven scientifically to be equivalent to 3-4 hours of regular sleep. Come with comfortable clothing and bring your favorite pillow & blanket and just let go. No yoga experience is required and very little movement required.
This practice will help

• Reduce stress
• Improve your memory and retention
• Help with pain
• Liberate tensions
• Help you release and relax

Please have a yoga or pilates mat, towel, water, extra blanket, and favorite pillow.
