Barre is a ballet-inspired program with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training which provides a low-impact, full-body workout.
All fitness levels are welcome. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
No registration is required for this free program. This program is recommended for adults and teens age 16+ (younger teens welcome with adult supervision).
