WHAT TO EXPECT:

-5 Elements Qigong Exercises
Instructor Background:
Eugene Kwarteng holds a current NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a USAW (USA Weightlifting) Sports Performance certification as well. His Tai Chi journey began in 2016 as an undertaking out of curiosity. His study and practice was further enhanced in 2019 when he met his current teacher, Dr Robert Bacher whom he currently still trains under.
Dr. Bacher, who is a retired chiropractor has 50+ years of experience in Taijiquan and was trained by a 19th generation descendant in the Chen Village in China (Grand Master Wang Xi'an).
Eugene continues his path in fitness by teaching others how to use various fitness tools safely and effectively to reach their fitness goals. Furthermore, adding Tai Chi to his toolbox will contribute to his purpose of enhancing the health and vitality of the community he resides in.
