Strengthen, lengthen, and flowβFlex & Flow Reformer Pilates combines controlled movement and mindful breathing for a powerful workout, and all that for free???!!! Please ensure you wear active gear and bring a drink bottle and towel for this event. Please note, drink bottles and towels are available for purchase at ANU Sport Reception. All participants must fill out a Medical Form before they take the class. This can be completed at ANU Sport Reception. Please note, the Reformer Pilates class is limited to 9 participants per class. The class is a first come, first served. Therefore, we will only take the first 9 participants who have completed a Medical Form.
