ID Requirements
All documents must be unexpired. You can bring either:
1: Your valid U.S. passport
OR
2: A combination of one document from List B and one document from List C (two total).

LIST B
Driver’s license or ID card issued by a state (must include photograph, name, date of birth, gender, height, eye color, and address)
Federal ID card (must include photograph, name, date of birth, gender, height, eye color, and address)
School ID with photograph
Voter registration card
U.S. military card or draft card
Military dependent’s card
For persons under 18:
School report card
Clinic, doctor, or hospital record
Day-care or nursery school record
LIST C
Social Security account number card
Certificate of Birth Abroad (Form FS-545)
Original certified birth certificate bearing official seal
Native American tribal document
U.S. Citizen ID Card (Form I-197)
Employment document issued by the Department of Homeland Security
